Arinduque Family Closes a Chapter After 45 years…
Caesar and Nita Arinduque hit that monumental time in their lives. It was time to move into assisted living. Living at home was no longer the best option for them. Caesar had been the primary caretaker for his wife for several years and it was time for a new chapter, one where they both had more help. Now the challenging part - figuring out how to move from a home they'd spent the past 45 years in and who in the family could help manage the sale. That's when their daughter, Yvonne, and her husband, Stuart, called me.
Brittany returns to North County, this time as a Homeowner!
I first met Brittany at an open house in Poway. Even though we had just met, I felt like we were old friends. We had a spirited conversation revolving around this particular home and Poway in general. She told me she wasn’t even really looking to buy a home, but saw this house and decided to check it out. She was currently living downtown and clearly there was something pulling her back to North County. She sounded like she was ready to leave downtown and in fact, living in downtown San Diego has changed dramatically over the past 3-4 years.
Naour’s Buy their first home!
I was referred to Jeremy and Stephanie by amazing clients and friends Jim and Tina Bucay. Other than handing clients keys, referrals are the most rewarding part of the job. I know what that means to refer someone, it means they’re putting their own name on the line. It’s a big deal to me and it never gets old.
When Jeremy and I first chatted they weren’t in a hurry especially since they had just signed a lease on their current rental. Their patience was rewarded because we initially talked in July. The market was trending down but we weren’t sure how much it would cool.
By the time we starting making offers in October, the market had cooled considerably.
It worked out wonderfully for them…
Nancy starts a new chapter…
I have known Nancy for almost as long as I can remember. In 1993, Nancy and her husband Phil bought their family home in Poway. I met Nancy’s oldest son, Mike in 6th grade and we’ve been best friends ever since. Since 1993, Mike and his younger brother Robbie have both married and brought their children back to this house, their childhood home. Almost 30 years of family memories tied up in this one place!
Phil Bimer was diagnosed with a brain tumor in 2016 and given 6 months to live...
Bucays Find the ‘One’!
My family loves to be outside and we definitely love the water. Some of our best friends Andre and Diana live about 10 minutes from us and have a beautiful backyard and pool. Let’s just say we’ve invited ourselves over more than a few times! It was at one of these impromptu backyard get togethers that I met Jim and Tina Bucay. They had just moved back to San Diego after spending several years in Tucson. That afternoon most of our conversation revolved around Tucson (having lived there for almost 4 years myself) and how excited they were to be back in San Diego. I could relate, big time…
Meet the Bimers!
I first met Robbie Bimer when I was 12 years old and have been great friends with the entire Bimer family ever since. Several years ago, Robbie introduced me to his beautiful wife, Monique. Since then they have welcomed the two cutest boys, Ollie and Owen, to their family. After renting in a few different places in San Diego they made the tough decision to move in with Monique’s parents in Rancho Bernardo to save money and prepare to buy a home of their own. What was meant to be a short stay quickly turned into three years…
My Life. My Story.
I spent the majority of my childhood in a loving San Diego home raised by my mom and Stepdad Josh. Josh married my mom when I was five years old, making him a part of my life for as long as I can remember.
My biological Dad, Barry, and my beautiful stepmom Sheri lived an hour north in Newport Beach. I remember how lucky I felt to have two sets of parents who loved me growing up as a kid. I thought having two Christmases was the coolest thing in the world! My childhood was full of so much laughter and fond memories with my brothers and sisters in each home. I was naïve to the challenges life can bring - how every child should grow up.
At 10 years old, my family received devastating news…
